AMLUX SAS TECH ("AMLUX", "we") is responsible for the processing of personal data collected through the website amlux.tech and other contact channels (email, WhatsApp, forms). This policy describes how we collect, use, protect and allow you to exercise your rights over your information, in compliance with Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013 of the Republic of Colombia (Habeas Data).

- Identification and contact data you voluntarily provide in the contact form: name, business email address, and the message or challenge you describe.
- Data you share with us when writing via WhatsApp or email.
- Basic technical browsing information (device/browser type) automatically collected by our hosting provider (Cloudflare) for site security and performance purposes.
3. Purpose of the processing
- Responding to your contact requests and scheduling commercial or technical meetings.
- Preparing proposals and following up on commercial projects.
- Sending communications related to the services requested.
- Improving the security, stability and browsing experience of the website.
We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for purposes other than those described here, except where legally required.
4. Third parties and providers
This site uses the following providers for its operation, which may process technical browsing data in accordance with their own privacy policies:
- Cloudflare — website hosting and security.
- Google Fonts — site typography.
- FormSubmit — delivery of the contact form to our corporate email.
- WhatsApp (Meta) — direct messaging channel, subject to WhatsApp's privacy policy.
5. Your rights as data subject
Under Colombian law, you have the right to:
- Know, update and correct your personal data.
- Request proof of the authorization granted for the processing of your data.
- Be informed about the use given to your data.
- Revoke the authorization and/or request the deletion of your data, when no legal or contractual duty prevents it.
- File complaints with the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (SIC) for violations of data protection law.
6. How to exercise your rights
You can exercise any of these rights by writing to us at [email protected] stating your request. We will respond within the deadlines established by law (10 business days for inquiries, 15 business days for complaints).

We implement reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your personal data against loss, unauthorized access, misuse or alteration.

We may update this policy at any time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The date of the last update is indicated at the beginning of this document.
